The item is a sterling silver Saint Paula oval pendant with a 18 inch or 45.72 centimeter long silver curb chain . The chain will have a lobster claw catch. The pendant measures 3/4 inches tall and a 1/2 inch wide or 1.905 x 1.27 centimeters. The front of the pendant says Saint Paula Pray For Us.
